Businesses take part in Top8Reviews on the same terms as everyone else: by supplying facts and evidence. Participation never buys a better score.
Correct a fact
If we hold an outdated licence number, a wrong service area or an incorrect registration detail, send the evidence through our corrections process. Verified corrections are applied and logged.
Claim your profile
When business profiles open, an authorised representative will be able to claim a profile by proving their role, through a business email domain or documentation. A claimed profile lets you keep factual details current and reply publicly to customer reviews.
What a claim does not do
Claiming a profile gives no control over editorial scores, ranking positions or customer reviews. A business cannot remove a genuine review, see an assessment before it is published, or buy a better result. Every change made through a claimed profile is logged.
Being considered for a ranking
Researchers select candidates from official registers and independent evidence for each category and market. Businesses are welcome to make sure their licence, insurance and accreditation details are easy to verify, which helps any assessment, but candidates cannot pay or apply to be included.
