Top8Reviews is a review and comparison publication. We help people choose service businesses by showing the evidence, the method and the limits of what we know.
A publication first
Most business directories are built to sell visibility. Top8Reviews is built the other way round: a publication first and a directory second. Category guides explain what to check before you hire. Rankings show their criteria, their evidence and their dates. Business profiles, when they open, will be durable records of verified facts rather than adverts.
Two evidence streams, kept apart
Our researchers assess businesses against published criteria and cite their sources. Customers rate their own experience under published rules. The two are stored separately, shown separately and combined only through a formula anyone can read on our methodology page.
Markets we cover
Category guidance covers the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE and the wider Gulf, plus international buying for services sold across borders. We start narrow on purpose. Each market and category is added when it can be researched properly, rather than generated as empty pages.
How we are funded
Revenue may come from labelled sponsored placements, business tools that never touch a score, and disclosed affiliate links. Each arrangement is listed on our advertising disclosure page. None of them can buy a ranking position, a better score or the removal of a genuine review.
